Michal Pardo-Madgar, Adv. (CPA) is a partner at Shekel & Co. 

Michal joined the firm in 2017, and specializes in various areas of taxation, including income tax for individuals, partnerships, and companies, VAT, natural resource taxation, and international taxation. In addition to her legal training, Michal is a certificated public accountant

Michal regularly provides counsel and guidance to the firm’s clients, which include companies, partnerships and oil and gas projects, on all fiscal implications associated with their activities. This includes advice on income tax, VAT, National Insurance, oil and gas profit levies and royalties, covering both ongoing operations and one-time transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, import and export activities, etc.

Michal offers ongoing tax consulting, guidance in the execution of transactions (e.g. tax aspects of agreements, requests to receive pre-rulings from the tax authorities, etc.). She also provides complex professional opinions and guides and represents clients in assessment hearings before the tax authorities, as well as in litigation cases in judicial instances. 

Michal interned in accounting in the tax department of one of the “Big Four” accounting firms in Israel.
