Ohad Shiloh, Adv. joined Shekel & Co. in 2021, and specializes in income tax, corporate tax, international taxation, and real estate taxation.

In his practice, Ohad provides ongoing advice and guidance to the firm’s clients across various tax areas, including corporate restructuring, employee and service provider stock options, and individual and corporate taxation.

Ohad assists the firm’s clients with day-to-day affairs, manages a wide range of proceedings with the Israel Tax Authority as well as pre-ruling proceedings. Ohad also writes opinions on complex tax issues, advises on tax pre-planning, and represents clients in assessment hearings and objections before the tax authorities and in judicial instances.
