Sagi Abu-Eta, Adv. (CPA) is a partner at Shekel & Co. 

Sagi joined the firm in 2017, and specializes in income tax, corporate tax, VAT, real estate taxation, and the encouragement of capital investments. In addition to his legal training, Sagi is a certificated public accountant with many years of experience in the field of taxation.

He regularly advises the firm’s clients, which include prominent entities in the Israeli economy, kibbutzim, cooperative associations, and private clients. Sagi writes complex opinions on a wide range of tax issues (income tax, VAT, and real estate tax), and frequently assists clients in obtaining pre-rulings from the tax authorities. He also represents clients in assessment hearings and objection proceedings before the Israel Tax Authority and in court in tax appeals on various tax issues.
