Shay-ly Sanhedrai-Polka, Adv. joined Shekel & Co. as an attorney in 2023, following her internship in the Fiscal Department of the Tel Aviv District Civil Attorney’s Office.

She specializes in various areas of tax law, including international taxation, income tax, corporate tax, and encouragement of capital investment laws. 

In her practice, Shay-ly prepares agreements and writes opinions on complex tax issues. She regularly counsels and guides the firm’s clients, both Israeli and foreign residents, through their business activities in Israel and abroad. Additionally, Shay-ly represents the firm’s clients in hearings and proceedings before the authorities and in the courts in Israel. 

Shay-ly is also involved in the tax field in academia, serving as a teaching assistant in a tax law course within the Faculty of Law at the College of Management Academic Studies.
