Adv. (CPA) Zohar Azarzar joined Shekel & Co. in 2025 as an attorney. She specializes in income tax, corporate tax, VAT, real estate taxation, and international taxation. In addition to her legal training, Zohar holds an academic background in accounting and is a certified public accountant.

Zohar advises the firm’s clients across a broad range of tax matters, including ongoing tax advisory services, legal counseling, and the preparation of legal opinions in the areas of income tax, corporate taxation, corporate restructurings, and representation in assessment and objection proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Zohar completed her legal internship at the chambers of the Honorable Judge Magen Altuvia at the Tel Aviv District Court and worked in the tax department of one of the “Big Four” accounting firms in Israel.
